Text/voice/email Data plan

By enrolling in our SaaS (software as a service) monthly subscription of "Perfect Follow Up", you are also agreeing to be charged for usage of the Twilio (phone/sms) and Mailgun (email) accounts we will setup and manage for you. These are in addition to the monthly fee for the CRM software. The fees listed below could be more or less depending on your account settings and usage. We offer this as a turnkey solution for you.

If you would prefer to use your own Twilio and Mailgun accounts to connect to PFU, please let us know within 24 hours of signing up. We don't recommend our subscribers self manage these providers unless you are very technical and are able to keep up with all the latest laws and regulations around SMS, Email and Phone communications. Also, we do not provide any support or troubleshooting on client supplied Twilio or Mailgun accounts. You can engage support directly with those providers.


Here are the fees that will be charged to your payment method:

(Your account "bank" will be re-charged in advance between $20-$50 on average once your bank balance in PFU falls below $10. This will vary depending on your data use.)

Outbound = $0.046 /min

Inbound = $0.028 /min


SMS:

Per text segment = $0.026 /text

Segments are 140 characters or less

Using special characters, line returns or "smilies" can add additional segments

Keep texts "short and sweet" to reduce costs


Email:

Per email: $0.003 /email

Premium Triggers/Actions/Webhooks:

Per premium action: $0.05

Email Verification:

Per Email: $0.02

Content AI:
$0.45 /1000 Words and $0.30 / Image

Workflow AI:

Carrier Fees - TCPA/A2P/SMS Campaign Registration:
Due to new laws and regulations, phone carriers can charge on AVERAGE $4-$40 per campaign registration attempt and between $2-$15 per campaign per month. There may also be carrier fees each month charged to your account. We don't attempt to profit from these government fees in good faith, but they can shift without notice, and are largely out of our control; the fees pass to the carrier.

We help you register and keep you compliant through our Trust Center. Not registering is not an option anymore, due to SPAM regulations, all businesses must register or you can face penalties and fees/fines. We are here to guide you, but under no circumstance can be held liable for fees, regulations or policies outside of our control.

Listen... we have to pay these too... and we're not happy about it either... but if you want to send texts, emails and call people in your business, this is what the government is now requiring to "fight spam"

Optional 3rd Party API Integration Information:

Perfect Follow Up can leverage a webhook/API connection to send contact information between both systems. This includes Name/Email/Phone/Address at minimum (if system contains that data)

It is your responsibility to ensure that your 3rd Party account has Read/Write access to the API. We allow up to 2,000 "tasks" per month under the $297/month plan.

A contact synchronization in (1) direction typically takes up (5) tasks. If you need more tasks per month, we can send you a quote for a higher yield plan.


***IMPORTANT***

Most applications do NOT have error checking built into their webhooks/APIs. Perfect Follow Up has a filter built into our automation which will make a best effort to prevent sending an API POST of /customer/create if a exclusion contact tag exists for the contact in Perfect Follow Up.

Meaning... If you import/create contacts into Perfect Follow Up that already exist in your application, you MUST apply the tag BEFORE importing into Perfect Follow Up. If you fail to do this, you will get DUPLICATE contact records in your application. We are not liable for any issues in your failure to follow these recommendations.
